I provide comprehensive service to my clients throughout the entire representation. I consider each client unique and special, and I try to convey that feeling to them throughout the representation process.
I see the purposes of client representation as twofold - attempting to identify and address issues and problems before they arise, and addressing issues after they arise in the most effective manner. Through my and my colleague’s collective experience, we are able to provide the clients with comprehensive legal analysis, while at the same time provide them with efficient solutions.
Counsel is only as good as the experience behind it. Coming in on 20 years since I started practicing law, my experience is extensive and diverse, and is bolstered by my background in tax, accounting and business planning. Further, I work closely with my colleagues here at Lamb & Kawakami LLP, and collectively we have 3 generations of experience of providing a variety of legal services and to a variety of clients. With the vast amount of resources we have access to, we provide comprehensive counsel that helps our clients address issues in front of and beyond them.
I have a love for understanding and making sense of complex matters, and that helps me effectively handle client complex situations. I am goal oriented, which is evidenced by my love for long distance running and triathlon races. By setting goals, I am able to plan and also plan for flexibility which enables me to meet client deadlines and to finish things in a timely manner.
