Essentially, I take on a client’s problem, transaction or issue and solve or complete it as efficiently as possible.
The key is always communication. I answer my own phone and am always available to discuss a client’s matter or answer any questions. It is important to me to build a relationship of true friendship and trust as soon as possible, which leads to better understanding and efficiency in representing the client’s interests.
I believe it is my responsiveness. If a client calls or sends an email, they know that I will answer the phone or send a comprehensive response very quickly. This is critical to achieving successful results in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
